Do you own an office building, a medical facility, a restaurant, an apartment building, shopping center, a beauty salon or some other form of commercial enterprise? Are you thinking of moving to new quarters, expanding your present one, or just giving it a face lift? Holley Construction has helped many businesses, just like yours, to create a facility that was attractive and efficient, and reflected their pride of ownership. So ask yourself a few questions – if you have a waiting room, is it inviting and spacious? If you own a store or restaurant, is your entrance attractive? How is the business area? Do you have good maneuverability with plenty of filing space and counter space? Are you trying to accommodate computers in an area not designed for them? Does your floor plan have good flow, or do you need a traffic cop to keep from bumping into each other? Are different functions in logical proximity to each other? How about storage space – do you have enough? Do you need to make your facility more kid-friendly? If you are a doctor or dentist, is your lab well designed? We are experts at turning dreams into reality, and since we do everything in house we make sure it's done right and costed appropriately to save you money. This also means downtime is kept to a minimum, and in many cases, your business will remain open while we work safe, clean, and efficiently. So whenever you are ready to build or upgrade, give Holley Construction a call!

Whiting-Turner Contracting Company selected us to perform the fast-tracked construction of a 400,000 SF retail and office building as part of the renowned redevelopment of the former Parole Plaza, now known as Annapolis Towne Center. In keeping with the decadence of historic Annapolis architecture, Cain’s scope of work included the installation of ornamental moldings, 30-foot Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) columns, a domed roof, and cupolas. The ten-month scheduled required most of the work to be performed in the harsh winter months, requiring meticulous planning and coordination to ensure that safety and efficiency was maintained through completion.

This project was an emergency design/build project at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in response to serious life safety issues and code violations within the building. Heavy updates to the electrical system were implemented, including the replacement of the main and emergency electrical panels, as well as the fire alarm system, lighting protection system, and emergency lighting. We also replaced guard and hand railing, and replaced two outdated and malfunctioning storm drain sump pumps that were causing flooding after heavy rain.
