Andra Cain brings a wealth of knowledge to Holley Contracting. He began his career as a jet engine mechanic in the United States Air Force. After receiving an honorable discharge, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Fairmont State University followed by earning his MBA from the University of Phoenix. Andra founded Cain Contracting as a full-service general contractor in 2005 specializing in the fit-out and renovation of interior spaces for government, healthcare, education, retail, and commercial projects. He has built a reputation in the industry due to the company's quality of work and quality service to its clients.

JaMES BROADY

James is a licensed real estate agent and the founder of Realty Ventures, LLC, a District of Columbia based real estate development and general contracting firm. He is a native of the Greater Washington area, having lived in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has more than 30 years of combined experience in the construction, real estate, information technology, manufacturing, and defense sectors. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, James was a product manager, technology consultant, and project engineer, providing business, technology, and product solutions to Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike. Additionally, he holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from University of Maryland and a M.S./Business from Johns Hopkins University. James currently resides in Washington, D.C. where, in addition to his business endeavors, he pursues his passion for travel, sports, and the arts.

Kwame Browner

Kwame knows that buying or selling a home is one of the most important things one will ever do, and he will help make that experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. His philosophy is to listen to and understand the needs and desires of his clients and be readily available to them. Kwame is a Washington D.C. native who was raised in 16th Street Heights. Kwame earned his Bachelors of Science in Economics at Virginia State University and has enjoyed a successful career as a medical sales consultant. When he isn't helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams, he's enjoying spending time with his two amazing daughters and lovely wife cheering them on to their dreams and aspirations.

Benjamin is an attorney who practices real estate transactions. He is the owner of Premium Title & Escrow, LLC, which is a full service title company servicing DC, MD and VA. In addition, he is the owner of Paramount Development, LLC, a commercial development company focused on the acquisition and ground-up development of commercial buildings and hotels in Washington DC. He is on the Board of Directors of: EagleBank, a community bank with 20 branches, the DC Land Title Association, the DC Public Education Fund, the Georgetown Day School, the DC Chamber of Commerce and the National Foundation for Affordable Housing Solutions. Benjamin is a member of the DC Bar, Pennsylvania Bar, DC Land Title Association, MD Land Title Association, DC Builders Industry Association and the DC Chamber of Commerce.

Kim is licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia with the credentials of real estate collaborative specialist in divorce, selling representative specialist, and price strategy advisor. She assists customers in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She has more than 30 years of successful corporate sales in both "business-to-business" and healthcare sales. Having worked at both Pitney Bowes and GlaxoSmithKline, she brings to the table a strong background in marketing, negotiation and customer service.
Real estate was an easy transition. She is responsive to her clients' needs, working to achieve the set goals indicated as well as committing herself to save each client time, effort and money.

Eldon has more than 30 years of experience providing personal tax and accounting services. Boasting a long career as a finance executive in Washington, D.C., he is an expert at analyzing the needs of each client and providing personalized financial solutions. Hayman is heavily involved in the community and lends his services to local, nonprofit organizations including Mission of Love Charities, FASST Sports Association, ScholarCHIPS, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and the Ridges Home Owners Association.


Most recently, Hayman has expanded his range of services to include Real Estate. Fueled by his passion as a previous investor and his pure
entrepreneurial spirit, he was able to secure recognition for being the overall top seller in 2015, 2016, and 2017 at BML Properties Realty.

She served as vice president of the Sandy Spring Bank, and has worked as a senior mortgage advisor with Citibank, and a senior mortgage loan officer at  Navy Federal Credit Union. 


Alexis gives back to the community by working with the Greater Washington Urban League, City First and MANNA aiding with their first time homebuyer program and HUD Certified Educational Classes.
